In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, ATIQ Jewelry has a virtual Complaints Book available for your use.

Since 2011, every company is required to have a Complaints Book according to Supreme Decree No. 11-2011-PCM.

1. Information:

To submit a complaint, you can fill out the form below or download a printable version, which you must fill out, scan, and then send via email.

2. What is the difference between a complaint and a claim?

The consumer submits a claim when they are not satisfied with the goods or services provided, while a complaint expresses dissatisfaction with an issue unrelated to the core business, such as poor customer service.

3. To make a claim, follow these steps:

1. Download the "Virtual Complaints Book Form".

2. Complete the required information in the form clearly and in detail.

3. Send the completed form to info@atiq.jewelry

4. ATIQ Jewelry will send you a confirmation email upon receipt.

5. According to the deadlines established by law, ATIQ will respond to the email address from which the complaint was submitted.
